  • Why do you spell it J-E-S-U-5?

    Without getting into the legalities, we can use the name JESU5 freely anywhere in the world. But look closer and you shall see it, and the truth shall set you free!

  • Do you allow returns? 

    Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or exchanges since each product is custom-made at the time of purchase. 

  • What if my order is damaged? 

    If you received a damaged product, please send clear photographs to this email address and we will gladly give you a full refund.

  • Do you charge for shipping? 

    Yes, shipping will be calculated based on the product and your location.

  • What about overnight or priority shipping? 

    We can not offer expedited or overnight shipping at this time.

  • What are the delivery times? 

    It depends on where you live in the world, but you can expect to receive your product(s) between 7-15 business days. To avoid warehouse fees and excess inventory, we make your goods "fresh" from the time of purchase. By doing this, we can pass the savings directly on to you. We are a small business, and this allows us to stay in business!

  • How do your promotions work? 

    If you provided us your email address, you are automatically enrolled to be eligible to receive discounted or free gear (simply unsubscribe from our email list to be removed at any time). All you need to do it post your purchases (preferably you wearing or holding it) on social media and tag us! We rely on our JESUS family to help spread the word!

  • What if I have a suggestion for a new design or color?
